We place the highest priority on the welfare of all bookinglab employees, customers, and visitors.

Our customers

All of our online services are designed and managed in such a way that they are easily operated and supported by staff working from home.

Our staff

Our staff understand the importance of co-operating with our customers, suppliers and partners during times of uncertainty to ensure the continuation of our business activities. These plans identify our critical business functions, processes and human response efforts during a crisis. We've have implemented and enacted several measures across our business to ensure the continued well-being of our staff and community. These include:

  • Implementing the guidance from relevant health organisations
  • Postponement of staff events and social gatherings
  • Moving meetings from face to face to video conference calls
  • Home and remote working for all employees

We will monitor and update as the situation and government advice develops. We will also update you if the outbreak starts to impact our operation of services to you.
