In-depth question & answer session with live demonstrations 

You can ask us any service-specific questions, and we'll give live step-by-step demonstrations on how to solve the challenges you're facing.   

How will the course be delivered?

Well, in short - that's up to you. We've designed two packages to meet a range of different requirements.


Option 1: The Public Package 

With this option, you'll choose one delegate from your organisation to join nine of our other Local Government users in a seminar-style training session covering all of the material we discussed above. 

 What's unique about this course is its community-based approach. Unlike our private package, this option offers you the opportunity to share knowledge with other members of our community and find out how they're using booking tech to serve their residents better. 

The course will run on the following dates:

Option 2: The Private Package 

We'll cover the same topics in this package as in the public course; however, we will tailor the content specifcially to your organisation. What does this mean? 

 Well, in short, you'll benefit from scenario-specific demonstrations, and you'll have more of an opportunity to stop the session and ask organisation-specific questions. 

 So, think of it as a private session where you (and five colleagues) can learn how to get the most out of your system, and pick our brains about anything booking-related.
