MyAccount allows users to book, amend, or pay for multiple services simultaneously. Families can also contact a preferred staff member, view bookings, see additional support options, and update information in real-time.

Our Family Hubs booking system is optimised for mobile, meaning that your citizens & staff can make & manage bookings on the go. While we do not have a dedicated mobile booking app, you can use our Family Hubs booking platform on any mobile browser.

The booking platform has three main components:

The user journey: a clean & simple process that enables users to book multiple sessions. You’ll be able to customise this journey to add additional steps, questions & rules.

The admin portal: here, you can manage bookings for multiple session types & locations. You can also create new sessions, govern access, run custom attendance reports & generate automated notifications.

The integration layer: this allows you to integrate bookings with your existing digital experience platform, enterprise apps, payment gateway, notification service & more.
