Kent County Council wanted to manage all available services across their 9 parks and facilities.

In addition, Kent Country Parks wanted to find a single system that could provide online bookings for all of their services. This included, birthday parties, team building activities, group activities, venue hire, events, training courses and parking permits. The overarching challenges were:


• Higher income target for the following year

• High volume of phone calls, resulting in stress on resources

• Lack of visibility on availability and bookings 

The solution requirements were clear: Kent County Council was looking for a booking system that could accommodate multiple services, across multiple locations with complex resourcing requirements.
